I want to start with if I can edit this down the road with an update once everything is done I will (currently getting our trailer worked on with Seth) but lets start here. Im a mechanically savy person and I can do electrical in a car so I can follow along learning something new. We got a solar trailer (not from Seth) and were "trained" on its functions and while we asked questions we were given vague answers in response not really feeling our questions were answered.
Fast forward we had the trailer a few months and experienced some battery issues along with the charge controller. Everyone local I called left us with the same empty feeling of vague or half answers. It felt almost as if the people I was talking to was not wanting to help educate us on the function of our trailer. This became very frustrating for us. Finally we found Seth on a facebook group I called him and he spent over an hour on the phone with me finally helping me understand this piece of equipment we have. I left that phone call feeling so relieved having found someone who isnt afraid to help educate the consumer and keep this all a deep secret, because really thats how it felt talking with these other guys. We need a new battery and needed to know what would work best for us and what it would run, Seth again spent another hour on the phone with me educating me on the different options and how they function so we could make the best educated decision for what will work for us. I told him we were not ready at the time financially but we will save up and 1000% use him when the time came. Well nows the time and he so far has been absolutely wonderful.
I think over all 3 things give me peace of mind trusting Seth 1) he knows what he is talking about and genuinely wants to help educate and does not make you feel stupid, 2) he doesn't push for the more expensive options he helps you know what your needs are and leaves the choice 100% up to you, and finally this one is really big for me 3) he has not made one single recommendation that he wouldn't do in his own home with his own family! This one is major to me as I operate the same way.
